Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At 456, we take pride in offering unique, high-quality pieces. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to provide a fair and transparent return and refund process. Please review our policy below:

Returns

We accept returns within 10 days of purchase for buyers in North America & 30 Days for EU, South Africa, Australia & New Zealand buyers. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

• It must be in the same condition as when it was sold.

• It must be clean and free from any additional damage, or alterations.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these conditions.

Refunds

Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase and will be issued as in-store credit only. This credit can be used toward any future purchase and does not expire.

Please note:

• Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.

• In-store credit is issued once the returned item has been received and approved.

Cancellations

 

You are allowed to cancel your order within 60 minutes of your purchase, if not the order will need to be returned once shipped, for more specification on returns read the paragraph above.
